Most orders will go out within 48 hours and arrive within 3-7 business days. We will primarily use the U.S. Postal Service and UPS Ground. If you must have your order sooner, we can arrange for overnight shipping. Please call for personal service and shipping estimates. Products coming from suppliers may take longer, please allow 5-12 business days.

Some of the products you order might come to you directly from the supplier. Though we would prefer to ship all products from our store here in New Hampshire, we have arranged for many of the larger and heavier items to be shipped directly to you from our suppliers. We trust that you will support our efforts to lessen the negative environmental impact that comes with shipping.

We take packaging very seriously at RGG. We will make every effort to ship your product efficiently with the least amount of packaging required. Your package should arrive safe and sound, most likely in a reused box with various reused packing materials that we have received from our own suppliers. Should you discover that your items have not been protected enough, please do not hesitate to contact us. We hope you will take our environmental concerns into consideration and also reuse or recycle what you receive.

Shipping to multiple addresses is no problem. Each address will receive its own shipping cost based on the cost of the product going to that address. We have tried to keep our shipping weight low and fair.

For Shipping Beyond U.S. and Canada. We can do it! Just call or email with your order and address, and we will be able to give you an estimate for shipping costs. For shipping to Canada, please expect your package to take 10-18 business days. Call or email for more information.
