These wooden baby rattles are made here in New England from maple obtained in the Green Mountains of Vermont through the sustainable practice of selective harvesting. The rattles have a safe whey-based finish. The beads float freely on the pegs for maximum sound and movement in the Bead Rattle, and the bell floats freely for maximum sound in the Bell Rattle. The rattle is 2.5" long and the oval ends measure 1.5" X 2.5".
